Day 1=FAIL
I was doing SO WELL! And then everything went down the tube. I woke up this morning, had an apple, worked out, drank my morning coffee, cereal, cottage cheese, fake chick'n nuggets and broccoli and ended my day with a Gator baseball game (where we won of course). THEN the 3 girls I was with decided they were hungry, and I was also starving. Instead of going up to my apartment and not going with them...I chose to drive us all to Chili's for dinner. Terrible mistake! I had 4 tacos (mini ones with corn tortillas) at 11 at night. Tomorrow will be a better day because not only am I going to work out 2 times but I am now also broke after this weekend. Another GOOD reason to commit to becoming a healthier person. Goodnight!
