As much as I think that yoga is a great way to bring some peace of mind to yourself and stretch everything out...MY BACK MUSCLES ARE KILLING ME! I had no idea how much those poses would actually do for my muscles and I am actually so impressed that I got up, stretched out and did it again this morning. It was a nice way to kick off the morning and it only took me 10 minutes to do (thanks to Tony Horton's 10-Minute Trainer Videos).
Even though it seems that no body is reading this, I find it to be a nice way to get my thoughts out and to attempt to be creative with my writing. Perhaps if I added pictures people would actually stop on this and READ ME!
So this morning I woke up and did my yoga, popped in an Abs video and sat on my exercise ball instead of back on my couch. Tomorrow I am going on a 2-day fast (OH GOD!) because I will not be too busy Thursday and Friday. I can lay around my house and veg out, while not spending too much of my own energy (just thinking about it is making me STARVE!) It will also give me the chance to organize my life again and catch up on some movies, etc. At work for 4 more hours, gym, and then home finally to make some awesome fish with mango salsa and broccoli (yum).
